Can someone help me decide a way to go about this
I have a project I would like to complete within a week. It's not a very difficult project but I'm not about how to best go about it.
What I need to do is create a web based registration app. It will consist of a max of 4 pages of forms. On each page will probably be around 10 fields.
I need to find a way to make these pages with form validation and saving the variables so that the user can go back to a previous page and the form will be filled out.
Whats the best way to go about this?
I'm not sure about keeping track of the variables from page to page. I know if I have the variable I can set it as the fields value right?
I'm a little lost and any direction would be much appreciated!

Your best bet is to use sessions to remember the inputed data so that if the user comes back to the page, the session data can be echoed out.
It also allows for adding a preview page so that the user can check the data they have put in BEFORE comitting it to a database.Mike Swiffin - Community Team Advisor
