Besides Fastclick and Casale Media, can anyone recommend me other ad networks that use Paypal as a payment method? thanks

Casale add a bit to cover the fees. As far as I am aware they are the only ones who do this.

FastClick use Paypal's MassPay feature to pay publishers, which means they pay the fees.
