a dual target command???

I'm having a problem that any help at all would be appreciated.

I'm trying to get the "header" and the "main" to both change when "Association" is selected. How should the correct code look? Am i in the ball park or even on the same planet??

What is the header and main?

The header and main are two seperate pieces. "Header" is a banner piece that i'm can't get to change simutainiously with the "Main" iframe. I just wanted to know what the code would be like to get both of them to change when the user clicks on the link. So for i've gotten the main to work fine. I just can't figure out where or how i'm supposed to get the "header" section to change as well.
