    lol
good luck..and best wishes for your leg. hehez

for reloading/refreshing a page, the code is:

    Code:
    <a href="javascript:window.location.reload()">refresh page</a>
i don't know of any 'stop' code...but i do know what when you click on a link, the browser will stop loading that page..so maybe create a link like:

    Code:
<a href="javascript:void()">stop</a> ->> Netscape 4 has problems with this code. Loads up some javascript console...
or <a href="#">stop</a> ->> focuses to the top of the page
the stop links have not been tested =) though

    for going back in history
history.back() ->> same as clicking the back button
history.back(-2) ->> same action as clicking the back button twice

with the UniversalBrowserRead privilege though, you can acccess the history object as an array and read URLs directly.

    ( in a rush to go out...so here's the quick one )
    display current window: history[0]
    last url : history[history.length-1]
    etc..................

NOTE: you should post this in the javascript forum, or the client-side progrmaming..as its all with relation to javascript.

I don't know of any code to invoke the search..favourites(same as channels).....

unless you want the code to bookmark your site..'add to favourites' and 'set default homepage'

    go to: http://dynamicdrive.com its there.

window.stop(), or maybe just stop(), should work, according to several references.

For home, try window.home(), or home().

And if by code you mean view source, try
    Code:
    <a href="view-source:http://somedomain.com/somepage.html">View source code</a>
Just replace the http://somedomain.com/somepage.html with the page you want to see the source of.

And keep in mind, I dunno which browsers either of these features work in. I'm only sure the view-source: works in my browser, IE 5.5.
