Has a PHP 4.3 upgrade for the PHP 4.2.3 bundled version. A bit out dated, but it works.

Alternately I could zip up my installation (Apache 1.3.33, MySQL 4.17 and PHP 4.3.9) and send it to you, if you want a fully up to date version.
