What are these things you keep referring to as "pictures?"

Is it some kind of new technology?

Yes, Thomas Edison has an invention called a kinetoscope, and he's been working on it to enable moving pictures to be actually projected onto a wall. Audiences everywhere are amazed.

He's the biggest movie producer in the world.

Wait a minute, that was 101 years ago, and now we've forgotten about the Edison motion picture company. Too many people think of him as 'that light bulb guy'.

    Light bulbs are soooooooo yesterday.

I'll have to purchase one of these "kinetoscopes."

    What next? The "Internet?"

    "Internet, hey... Maude hey..."

"Hmm, they have the internet on computers now..."

Sorry guys, but I just felt the sudden need to say that.

I think the "Internet" will prove a keen way to send people entertaining, funny, and informational email messages that everyone will appreciate.

Doesn't everyone want to know about the guy who woke up in a bathtub full of ice to discover that his kidneys had been removed? It's this kind of knowledge that is good for public safety.

CJ, if anyone had anything derogatory to say it would have to be you wouldn't it?

The SitePoint t-shirt feels of very good quality and it is comfortable to wear, just a bit big on me is all.

Saying that, how could anything I wear look cheap huh?

First Pic I Took With My First-Ever Webcam

I took this last year, but since the only thing that's changed are my eyeglass frames, I feel reasonably confident that anyone here (as well as key government operatives) would be able to ID me quite positively in the street.

Alrighty, you asked for them, you get them. Both of these were taken on old fashioned 35mm film, and then scanned in.

This is me from a distance (the best way to see me ) and dressed up fancy for church.

And this is a picture I literally took of myself. I held the camera out at arm's length and *click!*. I'm quite surprised how well it came out, considering there was no flash, and the room was poorly lit at the time.

No that guy behind him is his trainer. And Hakkinen is my favourite too, I waited an hour in the freezing cold (it was smowing in the morning) for him to come out. I got Mika's signature on paper and also David's and Ralf Schumacher's. Martin, Mika's trainer, (who is lovely by the way), also got Miak to sign my McLaren team cap which made my day. We were allowed in the PIT LANE and watched the boys practice start stops about a metre in front of us, it was amazing.

This was how close I was:

    Practicing a pit stop
    Leaving the pit garage

If only I had possessed "big hair"...

when I was a teenager in the 80's. I would LOVE to post something like that here and scare the heck out of everyone

Failing that, here is a picture of me, probably the only picture I have ever had taken that I really like. I no longer take pictures of myself because I have two absolutely GORGEOUS sons to take pictures of...plus I always look terrible now because these little budding evil geniuses allow their parents no sleep whatsoever
