keeping another website in a frame

    Hi,
Sorry for my ignorance. This sounds like a simple question but i just couldn't find the answer to it. I'm using <iframe src"http://www.xyz.com></iframe>. Instead of loading the page in the frame, the browser load the www.xyz.com into the whole page. I'm wondering do i need PHP to do this or simple HTML will do?
    Thank you.
