DHTML Navigation Bar Help

Would anyone know how to get this type of Top of Browser Navigation bar to work in a table cell. Just can't seem to get it to work.

It won't work in a table because it relies on absolute positioning within CSS for it to place the bar in the correct place. You'd have to re-write the script to make it work in a table. Bad luck.....
