    IE6 is driving me nuts!

    Hi,

I am trying to code up a template. It works perfectly on mac ie5.2, safari, and firefox. Assuming IE it would work on ie6 because it worked on ie5.2 for mac, I dodn't bother testing it until I was done. And now I find out ie6 totally screws up the positioning of the middle column.

I've tried absolutely positioning, and just giving it margin top, and left, but still no luck.

http://www.egor-k.com/temp/gt/services.php is where the problem can be seen. Am I missing something little? I don't know. And just noticed the logo whitch should be at the very top is getting pulled down for some strange reason.

Any help will be greately appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

Yeah well, in this case it's also driving me nuts, because I don't see how hard it is to absolutely position 1 little column for me. Aaarrrggh!

    Hi Egor,

Have you fixed it? The middle column looks the same to me in ie and firefox.

The left menu is spread aout more in ie because you haven't closed the lists porperly.

Thanks for looking Paul. I don't know, haven't got access to IE6 at the moment. Is the middle column positioned between the left menu and the picture box?

I will fix the lists now.

    Thanks.

    Thumbs up IE sucks

I used to use IE6, but it was too much trouble and it has poor security. Now I use Mozilla Firefox and I never plan to switch back, it's faster, secure, and problem-free! And it can do everything IE can do and more, with all of the available plugins. I haven't had any spyware installed on my computer since I've switched.
