    Google Adsense Updated T&C's ?

I'm not sure if this is recent but I've only just noticed it.

Across the top of my Adsense admin it states Google have updated their T&C's and, I quote,

"As a result of publisher feedback, we will not be paying out all accounts at the end of the year"

Anyone care to give their interpretation of that?

I can imagine publishers saying, "Please don't pay me... I want to help you boost your stock."

Does it read funny to you too?

To me it's saying - We won't be paying you at the end of the year but keep showing the ads for us would ya

If I remember correctly, Google used to pay out all accounts at the end of the year regardless of balance. Now they're saying unless you make the $100 minimum, they won't be printing you a check at the end of the year. That's why they say:
"As a result of publisher feedback, we will not be paying out all accounts at the end of the year"

Now that they're public it would have been pretty bad to pay out ALL of their accounts as I am sure they have quite a few that don't have a lot of money, so it would cost them to process a check.

Yet I still get checks from cheaptickets.com for a penny! My bank just looks at me, and I tell them that there's nothing I can do. so they deposit the penny. haha.

I think they sent a lot of small checks out last year, and they don't want to have to repeat that again.

I also noticed that they put in a bit saying they dont have to pay you for any ads promoting google or google services
If true, I find that in very poor taste.
