Unhappy correct document parse tree ???

I tried to validate CSS of my website and this is what i get

To work as intended, your CSS style sheet needs a correct document parse tree. This means you should use valid HTML.

what does that mean ? meaning my HTML page is wrong ?? what's a document parse tree ??

however, I tested my XHTML page and it said "This Page Is Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!"

    please help

It just means that you need to make sure that your HTML is also valid.

Nothing's wrong with your HTML file. The CSS validator throws that up whenever any document is validated. Consider it a friendly reminder.
