    Table Borders Disappearing

    I'm in the process of creating a new webpage that uses border-collapse and the border style to make it look kind of like an excel spreedsheet. However, the borders don't always show up. Does anyone have any idea why? This occurs in both IE and Mozilla.

    Cases:
    1) Open webpage. (Sometimes the right and/or left borders aren't visible.)
    2) Scroll up and down. (Various bottom borders aren't visible.)
    3) Resize browser window and scroll up and down. (Various bottom borders aren't visible.)

    Oh, and on an unrelated note, does anyone have a font color suggestion to replace the orange?

    Help! I'm still having problems with my table borders not showing up. However, this time it appears to be an IE only problem. It looks like cells that take up two rows and are next to a one row cell loses the left border on the second row. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

    The link is the same as above.

    Hi,

    No solution to this I'm afraid but I notice that if you add position:relative then ie will display the borders all around. However you end up with double borders where elements join.

    Code:
    * html td { position:relative;}
    Maybe you can work something out

    if you add this to your table.schedule class it completes the border around the table

    border: solid;
    border-width: 1px;

    I think he was looking for the missing borders on the cells - but I may be wrong
