    layout bumping into each other on resize

    heres the url's

    http://cjroofing.rahcreations.net/recode/ (staging site)

    http://www.cjroofing.com (real site)

    I'm looking on blue robot and looking pauls 3 colum layout to fix this but what i'm wondering is do i need to add some padding and margins to the nav and content div's so they don't bump into each other when i resize to 800x600 ? customer wanted it to look good in 1024 and doesent care about 800x600. i of course do. what i'm i doing wrong?

    Hi,

    Why don't you just wrap the content in another wrapper that has a margin-left. Then the content will be centred within that wrapper and avoid the nav.

    e.g.
    Code:
    #contentwrapper{margin-left:100px}
    html:
    Code:
    <div id="contentwrapper">
    <div id="content">
      <h1>Call Toll Free - 1.800.547.2543 For Special Pricing!</h1>
    etc...............
    .............

    </div>
    </div>
