You should call your page extensions .php. not htm or html. Then you can insert PHP comments.

    Thumbs up

It seems like your problem is two fold. If you have no internet connection at home, and you don't have a service provider to host for you, then php scripts will not get processed. php stands for Hypertext Pre Processor and is an interpreted language. What all that means is that on the web server is a program which takes the php script and turns it into HTML, XML, whatever format you have your output take, before sending it to the viewers web site. Unlike plain HTML pages, you need to have a web server with the php executable to properly interpret the php pages. Otherwise the php will appear as plaintext.

Now if you do have a web server with php then you can include the script itself with <?php include("scriptfile")?> where scriptfile is the filename of your script. Most scripts require tweaking in their usage though so more details on whether you have a webserver and php, what type of scripts you are trying to use, and some code samples, would all help us help you.
