Stop the Window Reload Sound in IE ?
I build a chat system using iframes to refresh messages list.
You can imagine instead using frames or even reload the complete page (but iframes ar best to avoid blinking of the page), too.
In IE on Windows (maybe on Mac), each time you reload a page (or iframes), you hear a 'flip' sound. For a chat reloading every 2 seconds, this sound become unsupportable after 1 minute.
I'm searching how to stop this sound.
A solution could be that the client cuts off sound of his computer by hand. But if he was listening to good music in itunes, he will be and won't stop sound, and of course will leave my chat.
I've searched on many pages but didn't find responses.
Does anyone think that as possible ?

it's a "feature" of windows/IE that can be disabled under control panel > sounds & multimedia > windows explorer - start navigation
