Frames look right in Safari but not IE 5 for Mac-- help!!!

Hi,

I'm pretty sure I screwed up my Frameset.html file but after a few hours of tinkering around, I'm not sure how to fix it.

Somehow the 700w x 548h site shows up fine in Safari but not so in IE5.

I've included a screenshot.

Maybe someone with some frame experience can lend a hand.

The day of frames is dead, i wouldn't be using them at all if i were you..
