HTML special characters...

I'm looking for a list of HTML special characters so I can make my pages valid XHTML, for example:

& will turn into &

but what about the rest such as ? and so on?

Do you have DreamWeaver? If, so they have a drop down that appears when you type &. And every special char shows up.
