    borders...

    ok i know in css, you can do the <head> css to define which border it shows around a table (i.e. top, left, right, bottom) but i was wondering if there was a way to do this right in the <table> tag, you know, something like the position:absolute css, where i can put it right in the tag, thanks

    ya but they only show how to do it in the head. I want to do the stuff right in the tag, like your earlier example

    Take the CSS properties they show in the example and put them in the "style" attribute of your table tag.

    The same css properties used in the head or in external style sheets can also be put in html tags using the "style" attribute.

    yeah im using vbulletin (same system as these forums) and on the forum home page the forums are looking crunched together, and my problem is im using a graphical layout instead of the normal boxed table layout. Actually, maybe you have some ideas??
