Timesheet system?

We're after a timesheet system, mkaaay. I know it'd be relatively easy to write one ourselves, but I'd really rather not duplicate effort and add support costs if there's something out there that already fits the bill. Here's a few requirements:

- Web based
- Should be ASP.Net, but will consider other systems. Must run on Windows server though, preferably with SQL Server backend
- Must support reporting via SQL and automatic entry of exception time (for employees that don't need to do timesheets every week)

So does anyone know of anything?
