Can anyone recommend a good msn blocker? I want to install it on my employees computers so they don't fool around at work...

    thanks.

Or block the ports on your firewall.

Can't MSN Messenger work on other ports though? That would block novice users, but a more advanced user would just change their settings.

Having worked in IT, I would classify most office workers as novice.

Of course, we had a zero-installation policy so they couldn't install it to begin with and it would have been disabled by the time they got a PC on their desk.

If you want to trust, go to church otherwise you won't make money. You are probably an employee yourself and that is why you would not understand, but anyways this was not the question and focus is very importan in this forum too.

    thanks for the other replies.

Whether you think he's a troll or not, it is very good advice. Why hire somebody you don't trust? I don't think that Theory X management goes very far.
