    background graphic (bottom, left) overlapping?

    I am building a new Site. I have a background image that I am displaying to the bottom left (constantly no matter what resolution). When I view my page in my IE browser the image doubles a portion of it (shows two of the same image overlapping). It displays my bottom bar overlapping the same image. It does this on my office and home computer, but not all computers show it. Do you see this problem and any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I am using:

    BODY {
    BACKGROUND: url (Bottom_2.jpg) white fixed no-repeat left bottom;
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    background-position: bottom left;
    }

    Hi,

    Might be something to do with the fact that you've put it in twice.
    external css:
    Code:
    BODY { height: 100%;
    BACKGROUND: url (Bottom_2.jpg) white fixed no-repeat left bottom;
      background-repeat: no-repeat;
      background-position: bottom left;
    }
    inline Css:
    Code:
    body { margin: 0px; background-color: rgb(210, 197, 181); background-image: url(images/background2.jpg); }
    Tidy that lot up and it might solve the problem

    Thanks for the response. I actually added height 100% and it fixed it. Thanks for looking at it. I will try what you said too. I am new to css so all pointers are welcome. hehe. Again, thanks.
