junk yard...

has anyone sent you a form yet?
If you havent had any luck with someone creating this for you I guess I can make you one real quick.

But you will need to tell the form what script to execute once someone hits the "Submit" button... or else tell me the path to your cgi script hehehe

    anyway.. lemme know

You can always sign up with Bravenet.com if you do not have CGI space with your webhost. Everything you typed in the forms are directed to your Email account, and the forms are completely customisable

    Free eMail Form WebSite

Another FREE site that you can use for a custom email form is Server.com ~ it has been very dependable for me and you don't need CGI or any special scripting skills. You customize via HTML. The only advertisment that you have to have is on the page after you click 'submit' and it is very small, unassuming banner.....

    Hi,

Depending on your present skills I suggest the following,

Bravenet / If your coding skills are still a bit shaky. You just have to place their button gif (88x31) at the bottom of the form. Otherwise no more Ads. You can also make up a Thank You page.
Big Nose Bird the form is called "bnbform". The instructions as to how to install are pretty clear in the ReadMe file.
Hope this helps.
