I have a problem. Here is same page: first is page without frameset, second is exactly same page in frameset:

In frameset IE6 for some weird reason counts width of bottom frame incorrectly causing horizontal scrollbar regardless of browser window width.

How to fix this from frameset page without altering any content of bottom frame?
