    Image maps not working in Netscape

    Is there a reason why the links here http://www.cuckfield-lodge.co.uk/new/headertags.htm (home | Rooms | Spa etc) don't work in Netscape.

    I have used an image map to link them the map html is at the bottom of the page in the source.

    thanks for any help!

    .. Forget what I just wrote, it won't work. But you should remove the extra slash.
    Do this to make it work:
    HTML Code:
    <map name="nav">
    	<area shape="rect" coords="221,0,283,21" href="rates.htm" />

    	<area shape="rect" coords="150,1,212,22" href="spa.htm" />
    	<area shape="rect" coords="75,1,137,22" href="rooms.htm" />
    	<area shape="rect" coords="3,0,65,21" href="index.htm" />
    </map>

    Netscape 4?

    Instead of
    HTML Code:
     <img src="images/navbar.gif" width="381" height="21" border="0" alt="" / usemap="#nav">
    try
    HTML Code:
      <img src="images/navbar.gif" width="381" height="21" border="0" alt="" usemap="#Map" />
    Netscape 4 doesn't work with the id attribute (you need to use the name).

    Regards,
    Mark
