hidden letters are blinking when refleshes

and put the scroll bar in the left side of your browser into the bottom.

if you reflesh the page by clicking the reflesh button of your browser in 1024*768 mode,
"left content 26", "left content 27", and "left content 28"
will be blinking on the left bottom side(crossed area between "left" and "footer")
due to the time gap between refleshing and overriding by white bgcolor in "footer."
Can I remove this blinking phenomenon while refleshing?

!? I can't think what you mean.

I can't see any blinking on refresh in my browsers.

Why would anyone want to keep clicking refresh on the page?

Anyway you haven't got any content in your page yet. Once its full up its going to take longer to reload anyway when you click refresh. You won't get blinking or refresh you'll get re-drawing on refresh.

Unless I'm missing the point and you've found an odd bug then I would expect my page to blink and wobble and re-draw when I click refresh as it has to re load everything. As long as its stable in normalo use it should be ok.

I might be misunderstanding the problem though

Oh!!! I found the cause of the problem during the test.

It's not an programming error.
It's just an eye failure due to a remained picture.

I am sorry because I might bother you with a baseless phemomenon.
