ok, I've been using cookies, to make sure someone has gone through a specific agreement pages before viewing my site. It works fine, for those with cookies inabled, but even some people with IE and security set to LOW can't get a cookie set. I have no idea why.

    But here is my question:

My current cookies time out after three hours. Is there any way to use sessions in the place of cookies? Do sessions still require cookies to be inabled? Like "session" stands for, it is great if as soon as the leave the site the session expires.

Also, could you please write me a quick little script on how I would go about checking if the session is set or not?

Thank you all for your quality help.
