    Hi,

    I have a textarea where the user has to scroll up and down to read all the info in the textarea. Instead, I want to display all the information in the textarea when the user places the mouse over the textarea like a tooltip.

    Any ideas how it will be done??.

    Thanks in advance,
    Sonu

    What about a layer hide/show? Would that be sufficient?

    I think it's gonna help you:

    <HTML>
    <HEAD>
    <TITLE>mouseover tips sample</TITLE>
    </HEAD>
    <BODY>
    <form name=x>
    <TEXTAREA name=T1 rows=6 cols=38>
    </TEXTAREA>
    <INPUT name=text1 onmouseover="tip('tip#1');">
    </form>
    <script>
    function tip(tip){
    window.document.forms[0].elements.T1.value=tip
    }
    </script>
    </BODY>
    </HTML>
