    Alternative to HEREDOC

I'm kind of new to PHP, but have been programming in PERL for awhile. I was wondering if there is any alternative to using HEREDOC. I know in PERL you can use the qq/ / string operator instead of PERL's version of HEREDOC. Is there anything similar in PHP.

    Thanks for your help.

    huskey,

http://nz.php.net/types.string gives you the string types in PHP (single quoted, double quoted and heredoc syntax). If you need to learn more about heredocs, have a read of http://nz.php.net/types.string#langu...syntax.heredoc.
