    Ok CRON doesn't work on my server for some
    reason so is there any other smart way I can run
    a PHP page shcheduled? Maybe using Perl or
    something else? A small script would be
    very helpful...

    Thanks...

    Hi,

    WHat code were you using for that cron:

    Mine would look something like this:
    Code:
    */30 * * * * php /home/petesmc/public_html/file.php /dev/null
    That runs every 30 mins and a file called file.php. Maybe if you give us yours it may work, but it may just be your host.

    My host uses something called cpanel so you access cron throught a form. I tried the above except the /dev/null maybe that will make a difference.

    Thank you I'll try again

    If somone else has another way I'd appresiate it too
