I'm working on navigation and trying to determine good wording. So which is more understandable?

What we do

Is one better to use than the other? I have my own opinions on them but wanted to see what others thought before offering my own.

Personally I dislike navigation systems that give no clue whatsoever about what the organisation does. Both of the choices you have offered could apply to any organisation.

A combination of the two since the first one is too short in fact both are rather generic.

Company - Instead of that Name of Company
Services - <Company Name> Services
Solutions - Solutions <Company Name> Provides
Contact - Reach <Company Name>

I guess using the Name is what I personally prefer.
