    Hello,
how do you activate a scrollbar in the pop-up ?

    Thanks

That final piece of code to add a 'Close this window' within a pop-up doesn't work on the Mac platform. So the pop-ups I design keep the top toolbar and the user can then close the pop-up even if it's opened in a main window because JavaSript is turned off.

Warning or Help ?: The pop-ups do not work in my IE 6 with service pack 2 installed. Running Windows XP. I get Error: 'newWin' is null or not an object. However, they work fine in Netscape 7.2.

I was hoping there'd be a workaround for W3C compliant coding without using javascript for HTML 4.01 Strict but I haven't found one sadly. Seems like I'll have to use no popups what-so-ever.

The popup windows in this article seem to link to non-existing pages... it would be nice if they could be fixed to work properly again

I have tried your solution on an HTML page...It worked fine but in case of server request; if i use JSP or JSF or some AJAX request...This will not work. Is there any solution for server side code.

One of my favorite scripts of your book!

    I just mentioned one thing:
On the linked page (link via perfect popup) - it's a form - I get the referrer url using PHP $HTTP_REFERER. In IE6 and IE7 it seems that the referrer array ist not passed to the linked page - it's empty. All fine in Firefox.

    Any advice? Thanks!
