    Help with news scrip

    could some one please help me find a script for a college newspaper?
    wanted sth easy to use and where i have more control over the look of the content..tried out phpnuke but didn't like it..pretty much all phpnuke sites look the same
    wanted to make a site that looked like a professional website..examples are below

    If you want a professional looking website, then your best off learning HTML (Beginner and Advanced), then learning PHP and MySQL to design a news database or something like that.

    You could customize Wordpress to fit your needs. It sounds like you just need something simple to organize your content and Wordpress does that perfectly.

    unfortunately i don't have much time...
    i'm trying to learn php and mysql...but won't be quick enuff to do the job..
    was looking fer a pretty much pre-made solution which i could then edit..
    i liked mambo...just have to edit the templates
