    Learning from other frameworks is definitely a good idea...I just wish i had enough time to experiment with using and extending them so that I could really understand how they work, and whether or not they'd be suitable for the things I need to do.

    I also have heard of XMLSpy though never really had a look at it as it wasn't open source, though I may now have a look

    Looking at your post, and those examples, you've made a few points in how XML and an XSL-T can be used to really benifit how a web page could be structured using this technology.
