    Access tags?

What are they and where should they be used?

I've heard of the alt tags and summary tags but why should I use them and where? Is there any more?

    Please help with any info.

I believe what you're is the accesskey attribute used with several tags including form buttons and hyperlinks. It allows for easier navigation for those who do not have or can not use a mouse, like the disabled.

You can see an example of this the next time you post a reply on this board. You can hit ALT S, or CTRL S instead of submit.
