I like the first and second versions. The second one works well with the connotation of "reborn" and the first one looks nice and simple. The third one looks a bit too busy and might not work as well when made smaller.

1 with the text from #2. It can be more easily visible at smaller sizes, and that image is more brandable IMHO.

Second logo is the one. You should really choose that one.

The first one is the best by far. It has a simplicity and elegance that is only watered down the the introduction of one of our feathered friends.

    Less is more.

The first is nice for its simplicity.
I appreciate the meaning implied by the second version but I get the feeling the bird is about to crash into the word "reborn". Maybe the bird could be repositioned on the circle to face a different way.

I have to say the second one although I was torn. I liked the first very much too. The first one is very simple which is always good when you are designing a logo but the second one communicates more. The pheonix imagery is a great idea and reflects the brand well. I think the second one will get a "oh yeah thats clever" response that the first one lacks.

The third one is out of the question. Think what would happen when that is faxed! Yuck.

By the way I really like both the name and the font you have chosen. It is nice work

I usually always agree that less is more, but in this case, "less" doesn't explain the logo enough.

I think the bird element fits in VERY nicely without screwing with the design at all and it really helps fit the name (REBORN) and the graphic together. Without the bird, all you really have is a burst-looking thing and text..

    That's my opinion!

i will have to second all the #2 votes, the first design reminds me of the small text headers with the clipart picture next to them so prevalent in weblogs these days, it doesn't really set itself apart from, well, anything

the bird just doesn't work for me in the third one, it's tough to mix 2d and 3d objects i s'pose

you could also try playing around with the orientation of the green circle bird, good luck

Looks like it's Split Down the Middle

Wow, it looks like the reaction is split down the middle. Maybe running a Poll will make it easier for users to vote. I mean, these suggestions already give reasons why people choose one logo over another, so now it's a good time to run a Poll

2nd ones the best, the first one is too bare, third one the white shadow bird doesn't fit in with the rest of the logo theme.

i like the second one, the first one doesn't really describe the name, so it's hard to see what it means and how it's relevant, and i don't like the effect on the bird on the third one... the second one is simple and too the point, and will be easiest for print work as well.
