    I searched and tried few methods and this seems to work. Add following to the body tag of actual main page you have:

    Code:
    <body onLoad="window.open('popup.html')" onBlur="window.focus()">
    Should work.

    do you mean open a popup and send it behind the browser window?

    if so this should work:
