Does Stored procedures and Triggers Works in MySQL

Hello Gurus,
How do I implement Stored Procedures and Triggers in MySQL.
If this is not posible then how do you go about with a database if you want certain update go on when something trigger.
eg. Deleting all details of a person if he/she decides to remove him/her account from a database.

Stored procedures and triggers won't come out till MySQL version 5. Otherwise you probably have to fall back to Oracle or other RDBMS that supports it.

I have to admit I miss PL/SQL when I'm working with MySQL databases.
