I just installed the free script - Let Em Know,(tell a friend script) my question is I want to be able to obtain the info inputted into this form, to do this do I need to install some type of cookie into the script or into the page? Can anyone suggest a script for this?

You could find some way to customize it so that it will send a default message suggesting your site. Anything that is submitted through this will be recorded to a log file.
