    E-Online Data Experiences?

    Hi,

Has anyone hear used E-onlinedata? They have this instant issue of merchant number deal going and they emailed us about being an affiliate, I signed up, but I want to know if any users can give feedback on their experience, before we go promoting a product that get's a lot of negative feedback.

I guess we should try them ourselves and see, but would like some feedback about experiences with them, as it could help me in terms of how to proceed with showcasing them as an e-commerce option to our clients.

    Thanks

I use them and have been pleased thus far... it's only been a few months though so still don't have a definitive answer but they've been quick to pay and customer service has been good.

I'm not an affiliate though - I'm one of their merchants.

You may want to do a google search and check out various forums for user feedback and reviews on e-OnlineData. It is my understanding that they now work through Global/HSBC whereas before they worked through iPayment.

There are always numerous considerations to keep in mind with any prospective merchant processor - whether you are considering them as a merchant provider or as a home to place merchant accounts with.

On the merchant-level, things like monthly minimums, annual fees, early termination fees and the manner in which downgrade costs are calculated are a few of the key things to keep in mind. In addition, how chargebacks and risk issues are handled is also a very important factor.

On the reseller-level, having an ironclad contract that provides you with lifetime residuals for all referred accounts and online real-time status reports and residual reporting is a definite plus.
