Anybody that can help or point me to a place were I can find the info
Thanx

PS. Look at the site and give me your honest opinion

Welcome aboard Lukas.
Before I address your point about discussion forums, SitePoint has a dedicated Website Reviews forum where you can ask for opinions and a review of your site by other webmasters. However, it has some requirements (posting 3 proper reviews of 3 other sites before proceeding) so have a look at the community guidelines before you go ahead with a request.
As for your discussion forums, if you have access to CGI/Perl or PHP there are a number of discussion forums available at http://www.hotscripts.com that don't require use of a database. Alternatively if you want to use a remotely-hosted discussion forum you can try http://www.ezboard.com or http://www.forumco.com
Hope this helps.
