query builder for MySQL

I am looking for a querybuilder interface similar to the ones in MS Access/SQL Server, which support relationships/joins etc. ..and are preferrably free

At the moment i am building quite complicated databases with mySQL and am finding it hard to construct queries through M:N relationships.

Anyone know of such programs?
