Besides Engage, Burst, and Advertising.com are there any other CPM ad networks around? If there are, do any offer around $1cpm or more?

...I know I'm forgetting one. 247 and doubleclick are for really big sites. I think one of doubleclick's clients is AT&T for instance.

I don't know any network that can guarentee you a $1 CPM on all of your traffic but there are a couple others you chan try. I have been pretty impressed with www.fastclick.com, they offer a mix of CPM and CPC ads. There is also www.tribalfusion.com , they are very new but I am impressed with them so far. I don't have any experience with the following networks but they might be worth checking out: contentzone.com, amazingmedia.com, and bluefishnetwork.com

Ah, 'fraid not. ContentZone is 24/7's service for small to medium sites. DoubleClick's addition to this arena is the Sonar Network, which works on a CPM-based model.

You're also missing L90 and Zonfire, though these are struggling at present, and are not the best bet for any publisher.

There are several other small (or niche) players around as well, though the vast majority of these are not accepting new sites at present.

You may find more examples of ad networks who base the majority of their inventory on a CPM model here:

cashsponsors.com offer 0.40CPM.. not as high as you want, but if you had cashsponsor and fastclick banners on the same page.. you will see the cashsponsors will earn you five times as much as fastclick will get you.

However cashsponsors' banner ads arent really great...

Let's see... there's also Sonar and ClearBlueMedia. Heard back things about both, though.

ClearBlueMedia had a promising start, but are more-or-less unofficially dead now. There is no notice regarding this on their site, but I have heard reports ranging from mass account terminations to accounts being excluded from all but popup campaigns. It's possible that they're laying low until the market picks up, but the one thing that's certain is that they will not accept new sites at this stage.

Sonar have had their problems (high default rates, low effective CPM), but they are strong overall. Of course, utilizing DoubleClick's technology and sales force is a big plus; as is the opportunity for Sonar members to 'graduate' into DoubleClick's network once they have grown to an appropriate level.
