    You need to use CSS.
    <HEAD>
    <STYLE>
    A.Normal {text-decoration: none; color: blue;}
    A.Normal:Hover {text-decoration: none; color: green;}

    A.Otherkind {text-decoration: none; color: red;}
    A.Otherkind:Hover {text-decoration: none; color: yellow;}
    </STYLE>
    </HEAD>

    Then

    <a href = "" class = "otherkind">Link</a>

    Or

    <a href = "" class = "Normal">Link</a>

    Just out of interest why have you got:
    A.Otherkind {text-decoration: none; color: red;}
    A.Otherkind {text-decoration: none; color: yellow;}

    ? as this would make the link yellow.

    one defines what the link looks normally - the other defines what it looks like with a mouse over it (I forgot the hover when I first posted)
