    What R These Functions In Access

    Hi;
    1 - convert to lower and upper (in sql) ?
    2- Lpad and Rpad (in sql)

    1. lcase() and ucase()

    If you're using the JET OLEDB driver, I believe you can use the LOWER() and UPPER() functions too.
