Post Simple MYSQL PHP blog script

    Hi everyone

I was wondering if there was a good easy to use script for blogs? I would like to create my own blog thing where I can add, edit and remove entries as well as display them on a different page. Using PHP.

    Any ideas please?

    Kind Regards,

    William

Yes I use it too(http://blog.igeek.info). But if you want a real easy script, then you might want to look at bMachine. Though I wouldn't recommend using it as there was a serious security flaw discovered last month(when I had it for just 5 days) & there hasn't been any official support from the developer(lone 16yr old kid) for more than 2 months.

Its better if you move on with WordPress. It isn't that hard to install. Just check out 5 Minute Install Guide & should you run into any installation problems, ie., not being able to install(if you are running Windows/IIS), you might want to check this http://wordpress.org/support/2/3285.

Otherwise, its all in the docs that come with the download & you can set it up in no time.

    Hi

    Thank you for your replies.

I have access to install blogging programs, however I only need a basic program to do this and I would actually like to do it hand made...

    Any ideas please?

    Kind Regards,

    William

It'd be better if you tell us about your skill level. What language you want it in? Perl? PHP? ASP? JSP? ColdFusion?
