I love the new database functions and that come with dreamweaver MX. It makes creating login and other functions a snap. What are your favorite uses?

My favourites would be syntax highlighting and the source formatting function.

Well...
Are we talking MX2004? Did they finally get CSS down this time? I mean, combined selectors, not just element and unbound class selectors?
Regards,
Ronald.

I love Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 for all the reasons, besides its WYSIWIG features.
- The site manager
- Regex supported Find&Replace
- Line numbers
- Syntax highlighting
- Source formatting
- Quick access to different browsers to test them
- Tabs for more than one opened file
- Remembers which files were open when you closed the program
And probably a lot more I am used to now. I don't know anything about the program's WYSIWYG features, simply because I never use it. MX2004 is supposed to have greatly improved CSS support though.

I use DW alot. Probably more than I should. I use the code view with the design window providing a preview funtion. I also use the css inspector allot but I has it's quirks. Don't touch the properties inspecto. While the latest version won't fill your page with font tags, it will fill the page with spans instead. I couldn't work half as fast without DW. But that's not to say it's perfect. There is still some more work on DW that MM need to do.

My favs are: The CSS support is much better and the cusomization of the interface and having all my tools right there in front of me.
Also like being able to view source code and WYSIWIG at the same time.
fill the page with spans instead
You may need to change settings in your preferences to fix it.
