MS SQL & MySQL Conflicts

If running both off the same server, will they conflict?

I want to know this as my school server uses MS SQL for the school data system, and I want to use MySQL with their website.

See what I'm getting at? Any conflicts?

Dont' see why it should. Try asking in "Configuring oyur server" - fyou might get a more technical answer - from a PHP point of view it'd be fine.
