I just got WebCam32 and am trying to get live video on my site. I got everything loaded right it is sposed to be writing under the big writing about my cam http://web.infoave.net/~alfg for those who know about this stuff could you help me.

I checked it out and it seems that the server storing the java applet is not responding, so don't know if that is the problem you having

Check the server, where did you get that IP address?

So check the following:
+ your IP is static or dynamic (should be static if you choose to broadcast, or need a resolving from domain <-> IP
+ you're running some kind of webserver to deliver the cam image (which I think the software is doing)
+ you're connected so people could view it
