    Yes, but both Macroemdia and Adobe are non renouned for their great student discounts!

    How much do you get off in terms of price in the UK Nicky? Over here student discounts (particularly MacroMedia) are about 50-60% off the price! (which is pretty good for all cash-strapped students here, + particularly considering the effect of the GST too)

    Yeah, here in the states we can usually get at least 50% off the original price. For example, at the site I mentioned Photoshop 6 costs $272, with the normal price being $600+. Illustrator 9 can be bought for a measly $95. So the prices for students is very good!
