help copying my db on my localhost to my webhost

I have my databse stored offline that i've been using to test my site, i'm finally ready to put it online, is there an easy way to just copy the db files and put it online? My webhost uses phpadmin. Is there a feature that makes copying a db easy? Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

If your host uses phpMyAdmin & you want a free solution, then better get your copy of phpMyAdmin, install it on your local machine(you need to have PHP installed on your local machine, PHP is freely available from www.php.net). Then you can EXPORT a table or a database & copy the SQL Statements from the file generated & paste them in the SQL execution box of phpMyAdmin on your server & run them.

The good thing is that you can run multiple SQL Queries through phpMyAdmin, at one time. So you can do updates in a single batch too.
